Swordfish Tacos / Nachos

1 Packet Taco Seasoning
1 Bunch Coriander
6 Roma Tomato
1 Red Onion
1 Tub Sour Cream
1/2 Cabbage White
1 Pack Tortillas
Cover Swordfish in spice mix and place in pre-heated oven at 180 degrees – cook for 40min-1hr, depending on size of Swordfish.
Roast corn in husk over a naked flame to blacken and cook.
Strip corn of cob and place in bowl.
Dice onion and tomato, and place in bowl with chopped coriander – season with salt, pepper, splash of olive oil and juice of 1 lime.
Shave cabbage and place in a bowl.
Lightly char tortillas over a naked flame and place on a plate (or swap tortillas for nacho chips)
Cut wedges out of limes.
Place everything on the table and construct your tacos with what you want. Enjoy!!
